A note from our founder on faith, purpose, and building technology that serves people instead of consuming them.
Covenant Digital Group began with a conviction: too much of today's technology is designed to capture people's attention rather than serve their lives. Endless scrolling, shallow connections, algorithms that profit from keeping you hooked. I believed our community — members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and anyone who shares those values — deserved something better. Software with a moral compass. Tools that strengthen faith, families, and real human connection instead of distracting from them.
I started with dating, because that's where the need was greatest. The mainstream apps were built around endless swiping, and the faith-based options seemed to imagine only one kind of member: young and never married. That leaves out an awful lot of good people — the professional in her forties who never expected to still be single, the father starting over after a divorce, the widow or widower who honored their covenants for decades and still has love to give. So we built Covenant Circle: a dating app that matches on values, guides couples through real milestones, and treats every season of life with dignity.
Covenant Circle also carries a promise that runs through everything we build: this is a no-fault space. You will find flaws in every person you meet, and they will find flaws in you. That's not failure — that's being human. What matters is grace, honest effort, and focusing on the things that real relationships are actually made of: faith, character, kindness, and commitment.
But the dating app is just the beginning. Covenant Digital Group is building an ecosystem for intentional, faith-centered living — podcasts that spark meaningful conversations, community spaces that bring people together, and faith-aligned AI that helps people communicate better and grow stronger. Every product we make starts with the same questions: Does this strengthen families? Does it treat people with respect? Would I be proud to see my own loved ones use it?
This company isn't just a business to me. It's the start of a culture — one where technology helps people connect with purpose, grow with intention, and build things that last. If our work helps even one couple find each other, or one person feel less alone, every hour of it will have been worth it.
Covenant Circle is free to join during our beta. We'd love to have you in the circle.
